This Warranty Policy sets out the coverage and the process for making a warranty claim.
Note: This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and applies specifically to manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from freefinals.com are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, running from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults not caused by misuse
- Faulty components or workmanship
If a product is confirmed defective within the warranty period, we'll offer one of the following remedies:
- Repair of the product, or
- Replacement with the same or an equivalent model, or
- A refund where repair or replacement isn't possible
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty doesn't cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Damage from power surges or incorrect voltage
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Water damage (unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof)
- Commercial or rental use unless explicitly stated
- Light bulbs or consumable parts unless otherwise specified
3. Warranty Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim, please get in touch and provide:

- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We'll respond to every warranty claim within 3–5 business days with instructions for the next steps.
4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we'll cover the cost of replacement shipping.
If it turns out not to be covered under warranty, return or replacement shipping costs may fall to the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and isn't transferable.
Freefinals isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the product, except where applicable law prohibits this.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have further rights depending on your country or region of residence.
