All payment card data is encrypted while in transit. Reproducing, duplicating, reselling, or commercially exploiting any part of our Platform without our express written permission is strictly forbidden. Some products may be available only through our online store. Stock is limited and subject to availability. All returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Return Policy. While we do our best to display product colours accurately, we can't guarantee that your device will show colours exactly as they appear in real life. We reserve the right to limit sales to particular individuals, geographic regions, or quantities. Descriptions and prices may be updated at any time without notice. We may withdraw any product without prior announcement. All offers are void where the law prohibits them.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freefinals along with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will still be enforced to the fullest extent the law allows. Any unenforceable part will be treated as severed from these Terms, and all remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, make up the entire agreement between you and Freefinals concerning your use of our Platform, and they supersede all earlier agreements and understandings.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Freefinals reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Carrying on using our Platform after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

20. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are sent out through our chosen logistics partners. Estimated delivery times and the related costs appear during checkout and vary depending on where you are. Freefinals isn't responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

21. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer protection laws. To request a return, get in touch with us at support@freefinals.com. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs fall to the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.

22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty provisions. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact us promptly at support@freefinals.com with a description and supporting evidence. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate to the situation.
